We have always been known for our customer service and product support- now it is in writing! Others may claim they are the "best"- but how long do they stand behind that statement?

Your new Joe P. MBC comes with a limited lifetime warranty with a 1 year free replacement. Should your MBC fail within the first year, it will be replaced free of charge upon return and inspection of the failed unit. MBC's older than one year will be repaired free of charge. If for any reason the MBC is not repairable, a new one will be made available for ½ the retail price.
